You can create a lot of tokens this way. The attack and sac one to make all the others 3/3's until end of turn.

I use the Thallid, but any creature that produces Saprolings will work. Breeding Pit or Saproling tokens are cheap and easy to produce, and it's no real loss if you sacrifice them.
