It takes everything from your opponent and uses it against them. First get the Mycosynth Lattice out early. Then use domineer to keep your opponent at bay untill you get Memnarch out. Then useing the Ur-Golem Eye's and Vedalken Engineer's you can steal about 4 things each turn from just those! I tell you, being spoiled has its advantages! ;) Domineer Set Specific InfoDomineer was originally printed, and so far only exists in the Mirrodin magic the gathering set.
