just a simple mono-black that doesn't comes with a heavy price tag. early hand removals with duress, cabal therapy & mesmeric fiend. creature removals with faceless butcher, infest, chainer's edict & visara. phyrexian arena a must have for all mono-black. if you got the cash, you can swap the infest with mutilate and the diabolic tutor with better ones like demonic or vampiric.

Phyrexian Ghoul, Vampire Aristocrat, and Nantuko Husk all have "sacrifice a creature: this creature gets +2/+2." Get one of those out along with Grave Pact and Infernal Genesis. Infernal Genesis puts out 1/1 minion tokens. Sacrifice the minions to pump up the ghoul, the husk, or the aristocrat and make opponent(s) sacrifice a creature for each one that you sacrificed. Gain life with Dross Harvester. Try to put out the Avatar of Woe or Delraich early cause people always want to kill them. Then use Haunted Crossroads to put them on top of your library before your turn to get out a lot of minions. The Gatekeeper of Malakir, Vampire Nighthawk, Deathgreeter, Gravedigger, and Guul Draz Vampire help you control the game and gain life in the early turns. This deck is pretty rockin' so far. It's kinda slow but it's worked out pretty awesome so far. Any ideas to make it faster?
