Decks Containing Snap

work in progress. quick creatures can be a problem but isochron snaps seem to work good

watch your opponent's jaw drop when you whoop him with an almost all common deck (theres about 6 uncommons, no rares) you really have the element of surprise, most people stereotype blue as the "countermagic" deck. this one goes right for the noggin...flying style

real quick, once leviation and a couples lords come out or a lingering mirage...its trouble for any deck

this deck works against any deck. you counter all the enemies important spells than you get out your en-kors and do constant damage. en-kors are not very big but they have the ability of redirecting an unlimited amount of damage to multiple targets on your side. if your lashknife barriers are in play then you can prevent all the redirected damage. that is the main strategy of this deck and it usually works.

This deck is a combo deck that can win on turn three. During the first two or three turns, just play islands. Then on turn three or four, or even later if you need to, play High Tide. Then, play tons of mass card-drawing spells in the form of Brainstorm, Frantic Search, Ideas Unbound and Meditate. To keep going without running out of mana, play untappers such as Cloud of Faeries, Snap, and Frantic Search. Any excess Faeries can be cycled instead of played. Finally, mill your opponent with Brain Freeze (you may need to play two Brain Freezes to win). Arcane Denial serves as an answer to any big problem your opponent might play, such as Lobotomy or Cranial Extraction. It also serves as a card-drawing card. If you can't find High Tide, use Impulse or Brainstorm to find it. I haven't made a sideboard for this deck, but I do have suggestions. Quash works well against Lobotomy and Cranial Extraction. Counterspell can be sideboarded against any deck that has a lot of huge threats. Propaganda would even work well against beatdown decks such as Sligh, Suicide Black, White Weenie, and Stompy. pretty straightforward stall till you can get one of the atog combos and game over

this is one of the more basic decks but basicallly its a control with damage. use the thieving magpies to draw cards, horseshoe to do more damage and propaganda, counterspell, snap and rewind to stay alive long enough to have complete creature killing power.
