Hell look at me, I love Rising Waters, mostly because of how it matches up to everything, but also cause it only has 4 rares in it. Still I only have one Rising Waters, and for some damn reason 1 Indentured Djinn and 2 Thwart. Anyways, this deck actually does good, Ive defeated my friends Fires deck with it, and his deck was good at the time. The Blue Protects your creatures, and the black sideboard Troubled Healer Set Specific InfoTroubled Healer was originally printed, and so far only exists in the Prophecy magic the gathering set.
