Ultimate Brainfreeze
This deck not only is a stall deck that quite easily slows down the other player, but it takes care of those 1st turn kill decks with cards like force of will. Chill in the sideboard usually takes care of any red deck i.e. goblins. And by the end of your third turn there is almost nothing that could stop you because cards such as boomerang. Just beware Underworld Dreams because you draw through you entire deck as many as 5 times during that 3rd or 4th turn.
Strategy:
first use everything youve got to slow down the other person and dig into your deck for a high tide. if you have the mana in you hand to start the combo you can cast a mana serverance very early in the game like turn 2 and get rid of all the land in your deck so you dont get stuck with a hand full of mana. once you hit the high tide you can usually cast it for 1 blue mana and then tap the next island for 2 blue, untap it with a dreams grip or a twiddle then if you have another high tide cast it otherwise cast another twiddle or dreams grip to untap your other land, then you can cast your time spiral and away you go.
its a hard deck to play but amazingly effective.
