Spirits Are Cool         60 Cards Value: $99.51 This isn't the most awesomely amazing deck ever constructed... and keep in mind, it's an exact replica of a deck I have. Provided the cards, I could easily make it better; but I don't get much money. Feel free to improve on it.
How you work it is fairly simple: try your best to get an e-haze on a scepter. At that point, you'll have regular generation of arcane spells, with which to splice on other insane crap, and to activate your Oyobi, kirin, bakus, etc. Also, a major asset to the deck: you *must* at some point have a scepter with stream of conciousness, otherwise you're going to end up decking yourself.
