One of my favorite combos of all time: turn a land into a creature, then Eradicate it. Hurts BIG TIME against mono colors. The Turf Wounds keep them low on lands while you're setting up, and the Stone Rains clean up anything you miss. If you pull it off, you have very little to worry about. The Birds and Familiars help you play it, and the Wall of Blossums give you 0/4 blockers and let you draw a card (use a tutor to pick what you draw!). To finish them off, use Kavu Chameleon or Overran lands.
