watch your opponent's jaw drop when you whoop him with an almost all common deck (theres about 6 uncommons, no rares) you really have the element of surprise, most people stereotype blue as the "countermagic" deck. this one goes right for the noggin...flying style

the deck pummels people and can answer late game with the adittion of the blue card advantage

lay the smack down with flying creatures while still being able to counter spells. washout and chimeric idol help keep the ground hordes down. never actually tried the deck, but read about a decent one that was similar.

Here is a deck that kicks ALL off Type 2's ass. I dont know which deck can beat this thing (which there isnt if played and built correctly), and here it is.

This is how a Rising Waters deck should be built. The Tangle Wire helps out a lot, usually tapping everything they have for about 4 turns. Did I already post this deck up? I dont remember, I think I did but anyways... The deck killls everything. Fires, Control, and anything else Im sure. Try it out, and maybe make a few changes, I was thinking of putting the often used Waterfront Bouncer somewhere.

Hi. This deck is very nasty. Play the waters to stop the untapping and use the counterspells to put lands back up to your hands so you untap way faster than your oppenent. Then beat him up with a blimp. Has won two tournements for me. Please Comment.... psychosaiyan50

I think that right now, Rising Waters is the best to play... If played right, it beats the shit out of Fires, and can kill control decks easily, as they will barely ever have enough mana to even counter anything. If you know how to play this, and you can build it, I strongly suggest you play this deck, or even make a few changes.

this deck is able to beat any standard deck right now . i have won 5 tournements in a row with this deck .

This deck is based on fast creatures and little slowing counter backup. Nightscape Familiar is great help for the deck because every other spell besides Snuff Out(wich you can cast free if you have a swamp) becomes cheaper. I have only one Underground River =(.
