this deck makes people mad. you just take away ther lands and get yours back then hit them with your creatures and raise your own life and use the celestial convergence.and no one can do anything because of all the counters. and its not a very expensive deck.

"the bain" was constructed back when the urza's block & 6th edition were type 2. it's a black/white control deck & does pretty good against anything. it takes skill to play it correctly & well. but once you figure out how to play it, things get pretty exciting. don't know how it fairs against the new stuff, though. anyways, enjoy.

this is an above average deck for me. i came up with this deck yesterday and will build it as soon as possible. obviously it's good because of the i hate red! sideboard and the mystic decree/island sanctuary combo. with island sanctuary, creatures can't attack you unless they have flying and islandwalk, mystic decree makes it so all creatures lose flying and islandwalk, so you cant be attacked

well, this deck is mainly based around defense. there are many ways to gain life, and the sideboard is very effective against certain colors. the creatures such as tundra wolves are designed to

get out shit cards cycle with survival and recurring nightmare. rinse. wash. repeat. any questions?

sac a idol(or somthing else) with tinker and search a mangara's tome(when cms into play search your library for any five cards and put them under mangaras tome 2:put the top card under mangaras tome into your hand instead of drawing a card)choose: tol academy, equilibrium, cloud of faeries, shivan hellkite and a skyshroud elf.

No tactic whatsoever, just draw out your opponent.
