The Notorious R.A.T.

84 Cards
Value: $274.48
Get Mana acceleration from the cloudposts. If you do, it should be a short game.
Type 2 Budget Skull Collector Rats (no Rares)

60 Cards
Value: $32.20
This deck can be a control deck or a beatdown deck. The deck stabilizes early in the game with Bile Urchin and disruption in the form of Ravenous Rats and Chittering Rats. The deck then gets a lock on the opponents hand by using Skull Collector to repeatedly bounce a Ravenous Rats, or a Chittering Rats to back to their hand, then replays the creature. Ravenous Rats makes them discard whatever they have in their hand, and Chittering Rats makes it so they cannot draw anything more. Obika-Gang Shinobi can also do this job very well. Nekrataal and Throat Slitter are here to take care of whatever the opponent manages to slip past your hand disruption. If you aren't beating your opponent down, you can win by repeatedly bouncing a Highway Robber back to your hand and replaying it. Nezumi Graverobber wrecks reanimator decks, plus it can bring back whatever you get rid of with the Rats, Nekrataal, and Throat Slitter. It even has an added bonus of having a little combo with Bile Urchin. Finally, Quicksand is some extra removal that is not out of the way to have (since it is a land) so it works well. I have not made a sideboard for this deck; I suggest just looking for answers to whatever problems you come across in gameplay. Have fun with this deck!

Dark Confidant Beatdown

60 Cards
Value: $381.85
Dark Confidant is a 2/1 Human Wizard from Ravnica: City Guilds, the new base set due to come out October 7th. It costs 1B and reads: \"At the beginning of your upkeep, reveal the top card of your library and put it into your hand. You lose life equal to its converted mana cost.\" This deck takes advantage of the interaction between Sensei's Divining Top and Dark Confidant to draw at least one creature a turn to overwhelm the opponent. Bile Urchin was the best one-drop I could find, so I added four of those immediately. It also has an interaction with Nezumi Graverobber. The Graverobber perfectly fits the role of an agressive two-drop, along with Hand of Cruelty, Nezumi Cutthroat, and Wicked Akuba. In the non-creature section we have Consume Spirit, Kiku's Shadow, and Swallowing Plague. These all serve as removal, while Consume Spirit and Swallowing Plague have the added bonus of giving you any life that Dark Confidant took away from you back. Kiku's Shadow is simply solid removal. I threw Quicksand in as some extra removal. There is no sideboard, but Uba Mask can be brought in against mono-blue control. Extra removal and life gain would also work well. The rest is up to you. Have fun with the deck.
