Use the shades and avatars to win....If your opponent is going \"ohhh ohhh ahhh ahh i am gonna win with this\" or has to reaveal somthing realy powerfull going into his/her hand use ur varrious hand destroyers to GET IT OUT!...dont overuse ur painbringers or you wont be able to play the avatar of woe for 2...A subterranean hanger can save you if you get mana screwed...use unworty dead and Phyrexian Monitor to block...Dont play more than one shade!...In most cases 1 is enougf due to the fact you will usuly be pouring all ur mana into one. Use soul burns with cabal coffers and quite a few lands to win the game along with shades...

Type 1 Deck- Well..its not a great deck, but it fares pretty well. Use Paralyze/Word of Binding/Dread Wight to tap the enemy and a Royal Assassin to kill it. Store up for a big drain life blast. This is a pretty solid deck, but you can lose control easily. Throw in stuff like Sol Rings, Icy Manipulators, and Zuran Orbs if you want.

your constantly destroying creatures while your shadow, flying, and landwalk creatures are getting through. If the other player is keeping up use enfeeblement and greels caress to slow them down, and if all else fails play caltrops to make your opponant think twice about attacking you till you can get your act together then use shatterstorm to destroy caltrops and attack with all you got by that time you will have destroyed most of his offensedefense.....
