your opponent can't win if they don't have cards to play. start the discard with ostracize or duress, then give them a hymn to tourach, followed by a megrim then a specter. or just start the pain early with a dark ritual and megrim, finishing the game early with your specters and order of yawgmoths. diabolic edict anything that is actually in play. no cards, no win.

this deck is a creature type deck and i hope that you use it. if you can get out a pit and thrul champion, then you will over run your opponent with the 1/2 bums!!

The object of The Fated Hour is to screw your opponent out of his creatures by using the Light of Day-Darkest Hour Combo. Almost all the creatures are walls (use them to stall until you pick up your game), so you won't be hurt by the combo. Use Enlightened tutors to get the combo on the table.

The good thing about Ferocity and Predatory Hunger is that they give the spikes extra counters.
