most of these cards might be hard to find but when you do you have a nasty deck. It might look like it was slapped together in 5 minutes and your right but nine times out of ten this deck has beaten all the rest.

Main thing to remember is get the squandered resources into play & then a stasis. This isn't completely inflexable though because it is possible to do it with a howling mine or two, stasis especially if you have sceptor in play. The sideboard will help against the weenie hoard & direct damage. Weenies hate the dream tides, black can be chump blocked

this deck is really annoying for opponent! kismet and stasis eneable opponent to do nothing! despotic scepter can be used at the end of opponent's turn to destroy stasis when upkeep can no longer be payed, all of your permanents will therefore be untaped for your turn. chronatog is good becuase when you skip your turn, you don't have to pay stasis' upkeep.
