Chainer's Edict instead of Innocent Blood is a possible alternative. Make sure to utilize Oona's Prowler 'drawback' to your benefit to discard Anger to immediately acquire permanent haste in all creatures. Alternatively scarifice anger via innocent Blood. I welcome suggestions for improvement although it is pretty stong!! Give it a try ;)
