control the game with your countermagic and cheap damage spells for their creatures. use your cunning wish's for starstorm to help aswell and fetch for mana short against control decks. make sure you use urzas rage with kicker to finish or just keep attacking with arcanis.

its faboulos, steal opponents creatures while you keep your wizards out of the way or your oppents creatures with riptide laboraty and imagecrafters, if that doesnt work, you go for his library!

use quicksilver dragon and morphling to kill them. cast hermetic study to shoot all the small creatures when u need to.

ability to hymn other player's creatures, and dont forget you can animate dead any graveyard. use diabolic's edict 'instant' to your edge to help out with creatures

Okay. So generally, I'm guessing you'll get the concept of the deck pretty quickly - draw a bunch of stuff until you get Niv-Mizzet, and then start blowing everything away with all your crazy drawing stuff. (Hint: get curiosity on Niv-Mizzet for an infinite combo.) Also, you're going to want to use mind over matter in combination with the library to make sure you don't deck yourself. And also, try to get pemmin's aura on arcanis, so that you can just pay 1 blue to draw three cards. I realize that this deck is bigger than most usually are, but that's okay, since you'll draw through it in no time flat.
