using the bounce cards and arrin at the end is a game winning strategie- you sacrifice lands and pay 2 for barrin's ability and bounce back all of the opponents flyers!

use cephalid broker & looter first on yourself to get the cards you need, then play megrim and start use them on your opponent(s). let your opponent(s) fill up their graveyard, use traumatize, let them discard when they draw with psionic gift + abyssal spectre or order of yawmoth. then when your megrim didn't finish your opponent play guiltfeeder and it's all over.

this is still kinda experimental... i will, however, perfect this soon.

this cephalid deck is designed to use millstone and cephalids to reduce an opponents deck. spare cephalids are used with aboshan, cephalid emperor to stop flying creatures.

Ahhhhhh, blue control coupled with lots of really neat abilities. I especially like the ability to bounce all their creatures then bounce their lands with your Constables. the Callous Oppressors are for anything that might be useful, say, a soulless one or a DarkSteel Collossus. other than that, chew down their library and then just whack them. LOADS OF FUN!
