Combos Utilizing Slow-Motion

enchant opponent's creature with slow motion. opponent must pay 2 during upkeep or sac creature. sac slow motion when abjure is cast to counter a spell. slow motion returns to your hand

If they pay the slow motion they are forced to tap all of their land in their upkeep. Excellent lock-down combo

enchant opponent's creature with slow motion & his land with venom. opponent must either sac creature enchanted by motion or tap land to pay cost of motion & take 2 damage from venom.

this is for blue decks who don't use alot of counters. enchant creatures with slow motion an return them with cowerdice, then keep doing it again and again and again.

Use the Rootwater Matriarch to gain control of the creature(opponent's) that you enchanted with slow motion and watch it die next turn.

When your opponent gets tired of paying for the Slow Motion, it goes to the graveyard, allowing you to draw a card, and then the slow motion goes back to your hand.
