Enchant Sabertooth Cobra with both Auras. Tap it to damage an opponent, giving them a poison counter, then untap it using Freed from the Real. Repeat. Do it enough and they won't have enough mana to recover.

have elves to generate your mana, then use fiends, charmers and cobras when desolation comes out. you'll conquer the board through land destruction.
