Use blight on opponents land, tap it with Rishadan Port, Reapeat the process.

spend 1r & tap mine layer to put a counter on opponent's land. tap rishadan port to tap that land and destroy it.

tap compass to make opponent's land a swamp. enchant it with algae. tap port to destroy enchanted land. repeat next turn for 2g mana

Untap port to lockdown you're opponent

Rising Waters makes it so the Oppenet can only UnTap one land per turn, when they UnTap there one land PerTurn, Tap it with your Rishadan Port, this will leave you oppenet MANA screwed. MGCT
