Have Library of Leng in play. Cast Psychic Vortex and discard your hand to the top of your library. Cast Avatar of Will for UU

play either psychic vortex or thought lash, then donate it to the other player to run them out of cards

since the vortex makes you discard your hand, you might as well feed it to the manabond instead. works great!

Cast Aluren and then play Psychic Vortex, draw lots of cards, and play tons of creatures fast. Works best with weenie hordes. Use Mana Severence to remove the unneeded lands from your library.

Draw lots of cards with Psychic Vortext and play half them with Dream Halls for free(Particularly 5/6 Flyings)

Have the underworld dreams in play, donate the vortex and wait till your opponent dies.
