Same as Prodigal Sorcerer combo, but without the risk or a Royal Assassin killing your damage source. Mana Vault just makes the whole thing a lot more simple.

Untap Mana Vault without having to pay 4 mana

Use artifacts to get some fast mana, then cast prosperity to get more artifacts and more mana, then cast another prosperity and a black vise for the win.

when a opponet taps a land mana vault taps all of there land. before your upkeep pay one and tap ring of gix to tap winter orb and turn the ability off. so when you untap, you untap all your lands.

the mana vault and sol ring are not necisary for the basic combo but they'll help get a kraken out on turn 3. if you don't have either one, you'll get a kraken on turn 6, which isn't terrible.

the march makes the vault a creature, so your construct can use the vault for an infinant mana loop.

artifact deck: place viridian on dross, use mana vault to take token off thopter, put back on, causing token to go to grave, untap mana vault, repeat until you have enough mana to untap dross to tap.

Cast Mana Vault with two lotus petals. Tap mana vault for three and sack a petal for red to cast a Sneak Attack. Sack another petal to sneak attack you Avatar in you hand for 20 damage. 1st turn kill?
