Combos Utilizing Hypnox

on the third turn (if you have 2 islands and a swamp out) play four dark rituals and two cabal rituals for hypnox and then play avatar of will for uu.

get your best creatures (they dont have to be avatar+hypnox) into your graveyard with buried alive and play the eve. in 2 turns, you will have some nice creatures.

play hypnox, then unsummon him, player's hand stays removed. works for any of the nightmare creatures (petradon, soul sourge, etc)

first play peek to look at your opponent's hand if he/she has a card or some cards that is going to kick your ass then play belbe's portal to summon hypnox to prevent that from happening

sac hapless research to draw a card then discard hypnox sac the caretaker to bring hypnox into play then in a few turns you win

discard hypnox with putrid imp then bring him back with animate dead

figure it out

play soldevi adnate, make something to put your hypnox in to your graveyard (like strongarm tactics). animate dead hypnox and use soldevi adnate power to hypnox. you get 11 black mana for drain life!

sacrifice hypnox and phyrexian dreadnought from your graveyard. then play sutured ghoul and you will have a 20/20 trample monster
