have helm in play. attack with dark maze. before end of turn, sac it and tap helm of possession to gain control of opponent's creature.

Tap Tidal Warrior to turn opponent's land into an island. Use Seasinger to take control of opponent's creature. Sac that creature, spend 2 & tap Helm to take control of opponent's creature.

grab a creature using the first helm then sac that creature using the second helm ,afterwards use watever untap abiliy that other cards have to untap both helm (8mana usely enough)
