Combos Utilizing Goblin-Medics

First play goblin medics, then play freed from the real on goblin medics, equip paradise mantle tap for 1 blue mana dealing 1 damage to your opponent use the 1 blue mana to untap do this an infinate amount of times.

put quicksilver dagger on goblin medics and use mind over matter to untap it!!

cast opposition then tap the medics to tap any other permanents oppent controls and then deal damage at the same time w/ the medics

now you can just tap goblin medics and deal 2 damage

use the dagger to hit your opponent for one while drawing 2 cards. use the goblin's ability to hit the player for another one, drawing another. draw a total of 3 cards from a single tap.

enchant the medics with sigil of sleep and have negotiations on the table. tap the medics with negotiations and use sigil of sleep to return an opponents creature to their hand.
