Equip the Hystrodon and draw two cards instead of one. You get to draw when the first strike damage goes on the stack and when the normal combat damage goes on the stack.

Equip all to the creature. Hope they don't have green/artifact creatures, attack, and draw 2, deal 4 damage, gain 6 life, return 2 creatures to hand, opponent sacs 4 permanents

Fireshrieker gives Scalpy double strike which triggers its ability twice. Mill away! Bonesplitter is just optional so it is hitting for 6 each turn.

use the lotus to get mana, then equip one of the creatures with fireshrieker. attack with pentavus and megatog then pay to equip the unequiped one, then pay to put pentavites into play then sac them

tap viper, give two poison counters to target player.

equip slith with both. the flyer has double strike and gets bigger each time it does combat damage
