Cast Academy Researchers and enchant it with Fear at no cost. Academy Researchers can only be blocked by artifact & black creatures.

Enchant Shocker with Fear; only artifact or black creatures can block it. When Shocker attacks and isn't blocked, opponent discards his hand and draws another one of equal cards.
