use gaea's cradle and nemata to churn out the saps then use elvish farmers ability to gain 2 life for each sacraficed sap. you can also use symbiosis to double your saps.

Gain 8 life, or product 4 1/1 creatures every three turns. Each turn you get to put 2 spore counters onto the Elvish Farmer, so every three turns you can create 4 creatures, which you can then sack for 2 life each, or just use to overrun your opponent.
