Combos Utilizing Eater-of-Days

I think we all agree that Stifle works best with the Eater. Heck, WotC even suggested it when they released the DarkSteel expansion. But how about Braids? Drop her and let the Eater's ability protect you from sacrificing permanents for two turns.

1st turn, cloud post, 2nd turn another cloud post, 3rd turn, island. cast eater of days and stifle the ability, heheheheh

play morph creature (willbender). Play Eater of days and in response flip willbender. make your opponent skip 2 turns

You get a 9/8 flying, trample without the 2 turn sacrifice.

spawing pit and endless whispers out first, then play the Eater and sacrifice to the pit and ur opponent skips their next two turns
