Combos Utilizing Decree-of-Silence

imprint boomerang with isochron specter and den once it gets to 3 depletion counters return back to hand

blow the counters off decree onto either saprazzan skerry or forgotten ancient so unlimited mana and counters

use giant fan to move depeletion counters onto one of ur creatures (try phantom warrior). in multi use arcane lab to limit the spells being flinged

with laboratory in play, a player can play only 1 spell/turn. counter that spell with decree. remove depletion counter from decree with conduit. impatience does 2 damage to opponent

bounce the decree when it gets 2 counters doi

counter spells using the decree of silence, then move its counter with power conduit to the chalice, the opponent will soon be unable to play any spells.

decree of silence counters spells, power conduit will remove those counters, rule of law allows players to only play 1 spell per turn, lethal vapors kills creatures-- ur opponent is in lockdown

counter opponent's spell put depletion counter on decree of silence. tap power conduit to remove depletion counter & put charge counter on lightning coils

keeps bringing back a decree of silence from graveyard while the other stays in play.

counter opponent's spell & add counters to decree. use conduit to move counters from decree to spike weaver to prevent combat damage, etc.
