Make sure you have two Squee in your hand. Discard Squee from your hand for Solitary Confinement, at the beginning of your next upkeep squee comes back to your hand and then you discard him again. Use compulsion with the other squee to draw. When you get enough mana throw out Arcanis to start getting some cards out.
