Academy Researchers can't be the target of spells or abilities Magic The Gathering Combo   With the new rules, all damage dealt to fog bank is reduced to zero, and mystic veil makes it untargettable from terrors. Magic The Gathering Decks Utilizing Mystic VeilWe do not currently have any decks that use Mystic Veil.
