Play Kismet then Temporal Adept Then Stasis. At the beginning of your turn use Temporal Adepts ability to return stasis to your hand and untap everything, then play Stasis again. You only untap then.

Nice! But could be better

Vedalken Mastermind in stead of temporal adept and frozen aether in stead of Kismet.
